We set up in a suitable room at your home and see residents one after another throughout the day. This approach is more cost-effective, less disruptive to your routine, and far less stressful for residents than travelling to a dental surgery.

How Multi-Resident Clinics Work

Planning: We work with your care home manager to identify which residents need dental assessment or treatment. We can see new admissions, residents with known issues, or screen your entire population.

Setup: We arrive with all portable dental equipment and set up in a suitable room — a quiet lounge, meeting room, or individual bedrooms as needed. We need a chair, good lighting, and access to a sink.

Appointments: We see each resident individually, carrying out examinations, treatments, or denture work as needed. Typical appointments are 20-30 minutes each, so we can comfortably see 8-12 residents in a half-day clinic.

Documentation: After the clinic, we provide a written report for each resident seen, including findings, treatment provided, and any follow-up recommendations. This documentation supports your CQC compliance requirements.
